How do I integrate DoorDash with Doshii?

To connect DoorDash with Doshii, you need an active account with both platforms.

How do I request a Doshii integration?

Doshii has recently updated their store onboarding process. You can now request the Doshii DoorDash integration directly within your Doshii dashboard. Please follow these steps in your Doshii account to connect to DoorDash.

The Doshii team will work with DoorDash to integrate your store(s) and will reach out to discuss your menu, so keep an eye out for emails or calls!

How do I manage DoorDash orders through Doshii?

With the Doshii integration, DoorDash orders will go straight to your POS. You can monitor orders and statuses via the DoorDash Business Manager app, DoorDash Tablet, or Order Manager app.

Order cancellations

Customers can cancel their order at any time. However, the refund amount will vary depending on how far along the order is, for more information click here.

If you need to cancel a DoorDash order, please contact DoorDash Merchant Support.

Pausing orders

You can temporarily suspend incoming DoorDash orders through the DoorDash Business Manager app, DoorDash Tablet, or Merchant Portal. You can also contact DoorDash Merchant Support for assistance in temporarily pausing your store.

Scheduled orders

You can view scheduled orders on DoorDash via the Business Manager app, DoorDash Tablet, or Merchant Portal.

Order prep times

DoorDash uses an algorithm to properly schedule preparation time for your store so we can tell Dashers when to arrive. If you want to change the preparation time, reach out to DoorDash Merchant Support.

Dasher status and delivery tracking

You can monitor Dasher status in real-time using the DoorDash Business Manager, or DoorDash Tablet.

How do I manage my integrated menu?

Once your DoorDash and Doshii integration is complete, all future menu changes will need to be made using the Doshii Menu management tools. The Doshii Customer Success team can provide a training session for making menu updates. You can also view support pages on Doshii Menu Management.

Menu updates

Use the Doshii menu management tool to edit and publish your menu to DoorDash whenever possible. See here to learn how. If you need assistance, contact the Doshii Customer Success team.

Menu photos

DoorDash can automatically pull photos from your menu on Doshii, review them, and upload them to your DoorDash menu. You can update your menu photos by following these steps. We'll only pull new photo URLs when you update your menu photos and push the update to DoorDash.

Make sure to review your photos to ensure they meet DoorDash photo guidelines.

To change your DoorDash store hours, follow these steps or reach out to the Doshii Customer Success team.

Special instructions

DoorDash customers can include special instructions on items in their order, which are sent to your POS. To enable this feature, please reach out to DoorDash Merchant Support.
