How to Add Your Online Ordering Link

Learn where and how to add your Online Ordering link to your website, and profiles including your Google Business Profile and social media to help customers order directly.

Use these guidelines to help customers quickly find where to order, especially on mobile.

Make it easy for customers to find and start an order

  • Design your site with mobile customers in mind

  • Make sure your order link is easy to tap and visible on smaller screens

  • Avoid hiding ordering behind multiple clicks

Add your Online Ordering link to every page

  • Include the order link in your main navigation menu

  • Keep the link visible as customers scroll, when possible

  • Place the link above the fold, so customers don't need to scroll to find it

Use clear, familiar language so customers immediately know what to do.

Examples:

  • Order Now

  • Order Online

These CTAs work for both pickup and delivery and are easy for customers to recognize.

The setup process can vary depending on your website platform and tools.
The sections below outline where and how merchants commonly add their order links.
